Times : There are 60, 90, and 120 minute appointments available. 90-minute sessions are recommended for first-time visits as it allows ample time to work on troubled areas. 120-minute sessions are usually for people with multiple issues that need worked on.

Hot Stone : (not available at the moment)

Hot stones are not just placed on certain spots of the body, but rather are used as an extension to the full massage. This allows the muscles to warm up and allow for deeper therapy. Hot stones can help relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote a deeper relaxation.

Cupping : Free upon request

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist places special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping has multiple purposes including pain relief, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Reduced cost on additional massages.

Unused massages can carry over for 3 months.

Additional time at $35 per 30 minute block.

Free upgrade from 60 mins to 90 mins on your birth month. Must be advised during time of booking.
